Conditions of Use

While you can take your Bayswater car to most destinations you'll want to visit, there are some restrictions.

Our ‘City Use’ option reduces the cost of car hire for travel over short distances. If travelling longer distances, you may get better value from our flat-fee option with unlimited km’s instead.

Please return the car in a clean condition, or a $50 cleaning fee applies. You are not allowed to smoke, vape, or have pets in the car, or a $200 cleaning fee applies.

The Renter will need to bring both a driver's licence in their own name (Australian or International) and a Visa, AMEX or MasterCard, also in their own name.

If you have car issues, you’ll be back on the road in no time with 24-hour roadside assistance.

Our vehicles are only allowed to be driven on sealed roads.

Dogs, cats and other animals are not allowed in our cars.

You can cancel your booking reservation at any time, free of charge.
