Fuss free rental! Booked a small sedan but was given a compact SUV. The car was very clean, new and in top notch condition - could easily plug in Android Auto and it had a wireless charging system :) prices are so much more competitive than the usual rental companies. Definitely my go to rental car company the next time I'm in OZ and hope they expand to more locations and states soon! Special shoutout to the lady who served me on 15 Oct morning (sorry didn't get your name) but she was really helpful with all the questions over the phone and friendly when I came back after an hour to add on excess coverage. Thanks for your patience!

Fuss free no frills car rental, most competitive pricing, you pay for what you get. Gotten a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross with only 26k clocked, but car electronics were dated, not the best drive, but no other choices. Think it is the most unpopular car at NoBirds. Baby car seats were all displayed openly, not exactly sure clean or not and you've to install it yourself. Had a minor issue and called multiple hotlines after 5pm but no one picked up! Managed to resolved myself but take caution if you meet an accident you may not get the customer service support like the big rental companies.

I would like to thank the team at No Birds Bayswater for helping my husband and I. We were originally given a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. The car’s lights were not very bright, the system seemed a bit outdated making it difficult to use bluetooth for our gps & music, the car struggled to increase speed after the first two seconds and it was not comfortable to drive. We were not sure if this was limited to this car or the model so we called to see if we could switch the vehicle for the remaining week. Over the phone, we were quickly relieved to hear that they would switch our car once we brought it back filled with gas. The next day we passed by and someone quickly came to help us out. Once we explained the situation, the team found a replacement vehicle. We were given a Toyota RAV4 and it was a huge improvement. The car was modern, the bluetooth system only took seconds to connect to, it was very comfortable to drive and it had a larger trunk than the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Even if the switch created a detour in our trip we were happy that we found a solution so quickly and hassle free.

Rented a car twice during my 3 month stay in WA and both times the service was great. Easy check in and return. Had both cars for about two weeks tooling around the WA and they both ran great. Will use No Birds Bayswater Car Rental next time I am in Perth.

How far can I take my rental car out of Perth?

When you rent a hire car from one of our Perth locations, you can visit most of the WA coast freely including popular destinations such as Albany and Margaret River.

Beyond Perth and the much-visited coastal towns, West Australia (WA) is extremely rugged, hence a once-off charge for remote travel. If you wish to extend usage to Kalgoorlie, Kalbarri, Esperance, Monkey Mia, Carnarvon, Meekatharra and Exmouth, this will require a once off fee of $150.

There are five locations in Perth, can I drop off my rental to another location or the Airport?

Vehicles must be returned to the same No Birds location it was collected from. If you picked your car up from another Perth location and want to drop it off at the airport upon your departure, ask for availability at the service desk. A relocation fee will apply. 

Can I return my car to a Perth location after hours?

Yes. To return, simply leave your No Birds rental car in the parking area, lock the vehicle, and drop your keys in the designated key-drop box provided.

Do I need to pay tolls for Perth roads?

No. Perth has no road tolls, so an electronic tag for payment is not required.
