Hired a car for 3 weeks (long term) rental. The car was in great condition & had done under 10000kms. The hire process was quite seamless (needed c.card and drivers licence) at the time of renting. I would strongly recommend taking up the extra insurance which drops the excess down to $0.00 incase of accident / damage. You could use tolls etc as required and they just on charge your credit card. The only downside was when returning the car, I called their office asking if I could return the car to mascot as opposed to King’s Cross and they shared it would be an additional $50 to drop off at a different location to pick up. It was a bit inconvenient, especially since I had rented the car for over 3 weeks and mascot to King’s Cross is less than 10kms apart. The checkout process was quite straight forward. All in all a good experience

This is my second time renting with these guys. The chap that checked me in last time was fabulous and patient!! I love how easy they make this process, in and out in minutes. I also love the after hours drop off…couldn’t be easier or more convenient. Super cheap 7 day deal allowed me to spend time with family and still be independent…. Can’t fault this company. Cars are clean and full working order. Thank you!!!

Great, great value; excellent car. Take the very reasonably-priced full insurance for peace of mind ($0 liability) and only $200 bond (to cover any upside incidentals, should there be any - fair enough; refunded promptly). Cars are new or near-new (depending on the option you choose) and in top condition. Windscreen glass and rear window could be a little cleaner. Full out / full in fuel policy. Staff matter of fact and quick (if you want to have a conversation, go to a nearby cafe).
